Delete your account
Takes up to 30 days to complete
You can delete your CreaSho account and its data at any time, with or without the app.
In the app
- Open CreaSho and tap You.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete to confirm. You’ll be signed out straight away.
Without the app
Email support@creasho.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We’ll confirm by email, then delete it.
What gets deleted
Your account details, brand kits, photos, reels and notification settings. Data is removed within 30 days and cleared from backups within 90 days.
What stays
- Reels you shared or saved. Copies you posted to social accounts or saved to your phone stay there. Delete them there if you want them gone.
- Your subscription. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel billing. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account first.
- Purchase records. We keep basic transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
