Terms of service

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use CreaSho, and if you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You own the photos, logos and other material you add, and the reels made from them. You give us permission to store, process and edit that material, including with the AI providers named in our privacy policy, only as needed to run CreaSho for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Using CreaSho fairly

• Only add content you have the right to use. That includes photos of clients, which may need their permission.
• Keep it honest. Don’t present results you didn’t produce as your own work.
• No harmful content. Nothing illegal, hateful, sexual or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• No misuse. Don’t try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Plans and payments

The Free plan includes a limited number of reels with a watermark. Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. If we offer a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

You can also make one-time purchases. Reel packs add extra reels that don’t expire while your account is open and are used after your plan’s own. Brand slots let you add more brands on the Pro plan and only count while you’re on Pro. One-time purchases don’t renew.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We’ll give you notice before any price change applies to you.

Generated reels and music

CreaSho uses AI and automated editing to make your reels, and the results can be inaccurate or not what you expected. Please review each reel before you share it. Music in CreaSho is licensed for use in reels you share on social platforms.

Sharing your reels

You decide where your reels go. When you post them to Instagram, TikTok or anywhere else, you’re responsible for following that platform’s rules, and we’re not responsible for its decisions, outages or changes.

Our app

The CreaSho app, website, brand, templates and designs belong to WHY NOT SIA. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the store’s usage rules.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Disclaimers and liability

CreaSho is provided "as is". We don’t promise any particular reach, followers or sales from your posts. To the extent the law allows, WHY NOT SIA isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and WHY NOT SIA, not Apple or Google, and we alone are responsible for the app and its content. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and it may refund the purchase price, and that is the full extent of Apple’s warranty obligation. Apple isn’t responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes go to the courts of Latvia, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use the law or courts where you live.

Changes and contact
